The history of lettuce and their varieties, pest managements, environmental management for the lettuce growth, management of production and plant nutrition, management of pre- and post-harvest, management of seed production and breeding, management of packaging and processing, management of online and offline marketing, transportation management, management of suitable technology for lettuce farming, business analysis overview and improving the business plan, the environmentally-friendly business, carbon footprint, farm standards and safety for producers and consumers
