Basic concepts related to psychology and human behavioral management in an organization; psychological factors affecting working behavior, human behavior change in an organization; conflict, conflict management; leader behavior and organizational efficiency frequently causing errors; knowledge about humans to increase efficiency between humans and the work system; importance of ergonomics; practice protecting yourself and others from injury at work; increasing work efficiency between humans and tools; machines, appliances and environments
