Chemical and pharmaceutical principles influencing pharmacological activity with emphasis on structure activity relationship, receptor interaction and mechanism of drug action, physicochemical properties in relation to absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion, as well as pharmacological indication of natural-, synthesized-, or semi-synthesized-drugs in different groups including cardiovascular agents, antihistaminic agents, agents for the treatment of peptic ulcer, vitamins and related compounds, central nervous system agent, narcotic analgesic and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents
