Course Description

Theory of entrepreneurship and its practical implementation; different stages related to entrepreneurial process, including business model, monetization, small business management as well as strategies that improve performance of new business ventures; risks of entrepreneurship; case studies of real-world examples

• explain principles of small business management, monetization, and business strategies
• propose a business model innovation framework viable under a given circumstance
