Learning Outcome

• Explain health policies and laws related to nursing of critically ill newborns
• Demonstrate behavior, morality, and ethics in caring for critically ill newborns, taking into account ethical principles, ethical decision-making, and professional laws
• Perform duties as a professional nurse in the critically ill newborn ward in accordance with the principles of critically ill newborn nursing
• Transfer clinical knowledge to nursing students, nursing practitioners, and nursing assistants
• Use nursing technology and information to manage clinical data for the development of quality critically ill newborn nursing
